Remember that your weight will fluctuate naturally. Just look at the way your weight is trending; don't obsess over being a couple pounds heavier than the previous day. As long as you see the numbers going down you are heading in the right direction.
In order to lose weight effectively, you should eat more at home than out in restaurants. People who dine outside their homes usually make less healthy choices with their meals. If you eat at home more often, it will also save you money.
