Choose a 2,000 calorie daily eating plan as a starting point when you wish to commence dieting. When deciding on a meal, figure out how many vitamins and nutrients you're getting from the food. If you aren't getting all the nutrients you need, then make changes or take a supplement.
Don't eat anything less than three hours before going to sleep, and if you do eat a meal later in the evening, keep it light on carbs. You won't wake up hungry at midnight if you do this.
