When you get home from the grocery store, devise a routine where you exercise portion control by putting foods right away into a measured container. You can use plastic containers or baggies, and weigh or measure out each portion. Having prepared food at your fingertips means you'll be less tempted to overeat.
Replace your morning cup of juice with one of skim milk. You will get more vitamins and minerals than you would from juice, and you will feel more full. You will probably eat less food,
